Peyreleau 12th Nov

After Millau bridge we drove into Millau town intending to stay at the local Aire...... WELL..... shock horror! they now charge just under 10 Euro's per night !  needless to say we didn't stop there, we continued towards the Gorges du Tarn and stumbled across this charming little medieval village and spent the night in the car park opposite the Marie's office for free (nice!).

The village is just beautiful, all the houses are set on different levels and linked by narrow winding lanes.  In the middle are the remains of a 15th century chateau.  Loveley....

The clock tower is all that is left of the chateau 

This chateau was built in the 1600's
