We set off on what was intended to be an hour or so cycling around the town………..
5 hours and 25 miles later we got back! I dunno what quite happened but we stumbled across the St Lucie nature reserve and a canal link to the Canal du Midi. Well, we thought it would be a good idea to cycle along the side of the canal through the salt marsh………..we hadn't figured that it would be 10 miles before we could cross the canal and come back the other way!
Anyway, it has been a beautiful day again. Clear blue skies, a gentle breeze and temperature around 24c (like an English summer's day!).

To reach this dead end !! so we had to turn back !
